CRISIS COMMUNICATION: MESSAGE, MESSENGER, MEDIUM |
||||||||
|
These three components of crisis communication - message, messenger, and medium - are critical, but often overlooked in our planning and training. WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
After reviewing the basic principles of crisis communication,
participants will develop appropriate message content based on a given
scenario and identify the most appropriate messenger and medium for
delivery of the message. WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE? Anyone expected to communicate with the media, employees, stakeholders or the public during a crisis. WHEN AND WHERE?
CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED and advance registration required.
More sessions are being added across the state. Visit www.bioprepare.org for an updated listing. HOW TO REGISTER? Because of the hands-on nature of this training, each class is limited to 30. Register online at www.bioprepare.org (or by clicking on the link in the list of sessions above) NEED MORE INFORMATION?
