The live version of this course is offered once a year and is conducted over an eight-day period at an off-site location.

Prerequisite: There is a prerequisite for this course - Principles of Epidemiology in Public Health Practice (CDC Self-Study Course SS1000). Each health department should have a copy of this course. A limited number of copies are available on loan by contacting the Center's librarian.
