| HOSPITAL SUMMITS - LESSONS
LEARNED Disasters call for a more structured, streamlined approach to a hospital’s normal management routine. The Incident Command System provides that structure. During the Hospital Summits, hospitals that have implemented and exercised Incident Command share the ups, downs, successes, and stresses of their incident management experience. The Summits also provide an opportunity to the latest updates on grants and educational opportunities as well as a chance to network with peers.
