INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS) 100 AND 200

Incident Command System (ICS) 100 and 200 are two courses in the training required for NIMS compliance. According to FEMA, "the National Incident Management System is a dynamic system, and the doctrine as well as the implementation requirements will continue to evolve . . . ."

It is important that NIMS baseline training become an integral part of organizations ongoing training programs. ICS 100 covers the basics of the incident command system and the roles and responsibilities of various sections within the ICS structure. ICS 200 covers incident command leadership and management, delegation of authority and flexibility and transfer of command. The courses are taught using interactive methods that help participants retain and apply the concepts learned.

Length:  Each ICS course typically runs 1 day, however the content can be customized to meet your organization's needs.

Fee:  Fee varies depending on availability of grant funding to cover the cost of the course. (Actual Value: $1,200+ per day)
