When disaster strikes, public officials at all levels of government need to know what legal provisions and recourses are provided and how to minimize liability. The Public Health Emergency Law course, offered at various locations across the state, can be an impetus in preparing for public health emergencies and determining gaps in local/regional jurisdictions. Developed by the CDC, this one day course enhances knowledge and understanding of the legal basis for public health emergency management and decision-making.

The live version of this course is currently being repurposed for online use.
