HOSPITALS (Incident Command) This course provides in-depth training on the Incident Command Planning Section and Finance Section. The positions in these Incident Command sections are reviewed. Participants then use the job action sheets and HICS forms in a tabletop exercise. The exercise scenario includes water and power outages for 12-24 hours.
